Registration Policy for the Artistic Pedagogical Days at Académie de musique Marie-Sol

 

1. Nature of the Program
 

The pedagogical days at Académie de musique Marie-Sol are structured artistic days.
They do not constitute a daycare service. Activities are organized, guided, and require active participation from children.

 

 

2. Registration Terms
 

Registration must be completed in advance through the Academy’s platforms. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

3. Payment
 

Payment is required to confirm a child’s spot. No place will be reserved without payment.

 

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

• No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation
• No credits or make-up days will be offered in case of absence
• If the Academy cancels the day: full refund

 

 

5. Supervision and Group Functioning
 

Pedagogical days take place in a spirit of respect, collaboration, and harmonious group interaction.
 

Children must be able to:

• understand French
• follow a structured schedule
• listen to and respect instructions
• actively participate in activities
• function appropriately in a group setting

 

 

These elements are essential to the smooth running of the day. If a child experiences significant difficulty meeting these expectations, despite staff intervention, the Academy reserves the right to end their participation. No refund will be issued in such cases.

 

 

6. Behavior and Respect
 

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal of the child without refund.

 

 

7. Absences
 

No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for any absence, regardless of the reason.

 

 

8. Health and Safety
 

Parents must inform the Academy of any specific conditions (allergies, medication, special needs). Children must be able to participate in regular activities. A sick child may be refused.

 

 

9. Hours and Late Pick-Up
 

Parents must respect drop-off and pick-up times. Additional fees may apply in case of late pick-up.

 

 

10. Photos and Videos
 

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Parents must notify the Academy in writing if they do not consent.

 

 

11. Modifications or Cancellation
 

The Academy reserves the right to modify the content or cancel a day depending on circumstances (number of registrations, unforeseen events, etc.).

 

 

12. Acceptance of Terms
 

By registering their child, parents acknowledge that they have read and accepted all policies. A confirmation email will be sent.
