Marie-Sol Choir

Led by Marie-Claude Landry, the Marie-Sol Choir offers an enriching experience for students in Grades 3 to 5 who want to sing, express themselves, and explore the performing arts. These group classes help develop vocal skills, musical ear, interpretation, and stage presence in a spirit of teamwork, enjoyment, and personal growth.

 

What the choir includes:

• A stimulating and varied repertoire adapted to the children’s age

• Work on pitch accuracy, harmony, and vocal strength

• Dynamic vocal games and breathing exercises

• Expressive interpretation, stage activities, and teamwork

• Basic techniques for singing in harmony

• Preparation for a performance with staging, costumes, and set design

 

Important Information:

Groups are made up of 8 to 12 children to encourage participation and create a trusting environment. The Marie-Sol approach allows each child to grow at their own pace while discovering the joy of singing in harmony.
